I heard somewhere on the news that there's over a million yards of garbage in the Tampa Bay area alone for my recent one two punch hurricanes. Enough to fill up over 100 football stadiums.
Somebody could likely make a fortune coming down to mid Florida building a waste to energy plant and mining Bitcoin.
Just just turn it back on every hurricane season. Municipalities will pay you for a place to dump and you can then just grind it and burn it for power.

For context this is one of many temporary dump stations that are popping up all over the place because they have nothing else to do with it.
